Combining her extensive experience in the fields of Mental Health, Sandplay Therapy, and Personal Development, Catherine offers mentoring and counselling sessions which are practical, grounded, wholistic and even fun!

 

She weaves intuition, creativity and wisdom into each session and her work considers the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological aspects of each individual. Catherine's work aims to promote healing and change on a deep level so clients are free to live their best lives.

 

Catherine holds a bachelor of Social Work from the University of New South Wales and is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). She holds a Master Practitioner of Sandplay Therapy from Sandplay Australia. 

 

When not at Soulspace, Catherine holds a Senior Social Worker role at St Vincents Hospital Darlinghurst, specialising in Aged Care.
